Fees are fixed and confirmed before your first appointment. If a case needs substantially more work, that is agreed with you first.
Adult assessment

Adult neurodevelopmental assessments are normally completed within 8–10 weeks, provided questionnaires and supporting information are returned promptly.
Health insurance and tax relief
Some private health-insurance plans include a benefit for adult neurodevelopmental assessment. Qualifying health expenses may also be eligible for income-tax relief at the standard rate. Cover and eligibility vary, and Revenue may require a medical-practitioner referral for a psychologist-led diagnostic procedure. Check with your insurer and Revenue before starting. An itemised receipt with Dr De Búrca's PSI details will be provided.
VAT treatment can differ between clinical and medico-legal work. Your written quote will confirm the amount payable. Insurance reimbursement and tax relief are not guaranteed.
